Today is the Pride Parade in Chicago. It sucks.... not because I don't like gay people, or that I'm a homophobic bible banger, I'm just envious. These people are living it up, and do you know why? They don't have to deal with the opposite sex, life is grand for these folks.

ReplyDeleteI'm not saying it doesn't suck to be gay, it does, especially if you live in the south. But my thought was more focused on the relationship between men and women, men and men, or women and women.
Men think with their dicks and are emotionally stable, women, especially when younger, are an emotional train wreck. By being romantically involved with the same sex, it's gotta be a little easier.
Women can pretend to like sports and barbequing for only so long, eventually all they want to do on a Sunday is to drag you along to Bed Bath and Beyond to shop for drapes, instead of letting you watch football with your friends. It's a constant battle of who is stronger willed. Eventually one or the other caves and settles for the shitty relationship they have stumbled upon in fear of being alone.
Just saying, there's gotta be an up side to dating the same sex, even if one takes on a submissive role.
Women are not emotionally in-stable, it has, when in fact, been said that we are more stable than men when it comes to emotions. It is also true that we think things over more. We do not just do something, we think it over before we make a big decision. Yea we do let yall watch the game, and drag you to bb&b when weve had enough of the screaming and talking to the players that CAN'T EVEN HEAR YOU!!! And when we go out, I don't know ANY woman that goes to bed bath and beyond. We typically go to places to hang with the girls, and do the same thing y'all do. But instead of watching tv, we actually socialize and do stuff like singing, dancing, talking, etc. And most of the time it doesn't end up with screaming so loud that you forget that it's JUST A GAME.......
